In order to ensure your calm and comfortable rest and to avoid any misunderstandings, we ask that you carefully read the rules of the Villa7 Guest House.

By reserving the apartments and rooms and checking in to the accommodation, the guest and their companions acknowledge and accept the House Rules of Villa7, as well as undertake to comply with the rules described in the following points and take responsibility for any damages.

Main rules

  • Check-in, check-out : The accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival between 14:00 and 18:00 and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. The owner is present at the specified arrival and departure times.
  • After prior consultation – depending on available capacity – it may be possible to change the arrival and departure times.
  • If the departure takes place before the booked date, we cannot refund the accommodation fee.
  • Upon arrival, the guest must hand over his personal documents (passport or identity card, residential address card) to the accommodation provider due to the data collection required by law.
  • Our guests can only book the rooms after paying the full participation fee. Payment methods: cash, bank card, Szép card (MKB, K&H, OTP). Tourist tax cannot be paid with the Szép card!
  • Persons under the age of 18 may not consume alcohol or smoke in the entire area of ​​the accommodation.
  • It is forbidden to set up a tent in the entire area of ​​the Villa7 guest house.
  • To ensure the comfort of our guests, visitors can only be received briefly during the day with the prior consent of the owner. Visitors may not use the closed parking lot or the outdoor pool.

You can request from the accommodation owner: iron, ironing board, shoe care tools, sewing kit, bicycles and other equipment. Please indicate your request at +36 30 300 3152.

Cleaning:  The owner of the accommodation takes care of cleaning upon arrival and departure, the cost of which is included in the accommodation fee. If required, daily cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. 
Garbage is collected selectively in the apartments in the bins in the kitchen. It is possible to empty them into the selective garbage bins located at the entrance of the guest house building.

24-hour emergency service by phone. 24-hour availability, check-in and check-out are available at the accommodation. The owner of the accommodation is available during the entire duration of your stay at the accommodation to assist upon request. Kálmán Tromler +36 30 300 3152

Smoking : Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the entire building of the guest house (apartments, rooms, hallway, corridor, breakfast room) ! There is a designated place for this in the garden.

Fire Protection Regulations can be found in all rooms and apartments, please follow them. It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive substances or means of transport (bicycles, motorbikes, etc.) in the rooms. It is forbidden to bring pets
to the accommodation !

Parking:  In the courtyard, one parking space is provided free of charge for each apartment and room.

Upon arrival, our guests receive gate and main entrance keys with gate remote control. 
On the day of departure, please hand them in at the reception together with the room key. In the event of the loss of the keys or remote control, the Guest must contact the reception immediately and reimburse the associated costs (opening the door, changing the lock, etc.). 
For security and peace of mind, please always close the gate and the main entrance door! 

Breakfast: It is possible to have breakfast in the dining room of the Villa7 Guest House from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please indicate your breakfast requirement when booking. 

Wifi: The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, the password of which can be requested at the reception. 

Temperature: In each accommodation unit, we provide the desired temperature with surface cooling/heating, which can change with the use of windows and doors. Therefore, we ask that windows and patio doors be left open only for a short time in the heat! If you want to change the temperature, let us know at the reception.

The water quality in our guest house is excellent , which is provided by the BWT water softening system. 

The outdoor pool can be used free of charge – at your own risk. 

Please protect the furnishings of the house, rearrange the furniture only with the consent of the owner. 
The person causing the damage or his legal representative must compensate for the damage caused in the accommodation area. 

If you notice any malfunctions, please report them to the reception immediately! 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the accommodation provider is not in a position to assume responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that occurred through no fault of his own (natural disaster, hail, fire, power outage “Vis majeure”).
We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms! Each accommodation unit has its own safe . 
The guest is responsible for his own and his visitor’s behavior in and around the house, and bears the consequences of any accidents. 
The host reserves the right to immediately remove guests who behave scandalously and do not comply with the house rules from the accommodation. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days. 
For the sake of our guests’ peace of mind, please refrain from any kind of noisy activities in the entire area of ​​the accommodation between 10:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m., according to the silence ordinance.
