These “General Terms and Conditions” regulate the use of the Service Provider’s accommodation and services. According to the General Terms and Conditions, the operator, service provider, Villa7 Guest House – 8226 Alsóörs Táncsics Mihály street 7., hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, concludes an accommodation agreement with persons and contracting parties who use other accommodation services.
Customer/Guest: A person who uses the accommodation service, purchases a service via the website or in writing from the Service Provider via the e-mail address email@example.com, who acknowledges the General Terms and Conditions and accepts them as binding, hereinafter referred to as the Guest

1. Purpose of General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions (G&C) contain the general terms of the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Guest entering a contractual relationship with them. Regarding issues not regulated here, the Hungarian legislation and official regulations in force at all times regarding the Service Provider’s activities, as well as the provisions contained in the Civil Code, shall govern without special stipulations.
2. Acceptance of Contract Terms
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Guest is a prerequisite for purchasing or using services. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is deemed accepted if the Guest uses the service provided by the Service Provider.
3. Scope of Contract Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time. The General Terms and Conditions remain in force as long as the Service Provider provides services. These GTC are valid from August 1, 2022. for an indefinite period.
4. Territorial scope of the service
The service operated by the Service Provider is available both domestically and abroad.
5. Contractual concepts
Customer/Guest: A person using the accommodation service, purchasing a service via the website, who acknowledges the General Terms and Conditions and accepts them as binding, hereinafter referred to as Guest
Service Provider: Villa7 Guest House, which provides other temporary accommodation services under the terms of these GTC, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider
The service: private accommodation service
Quotation: The written quotation of the Service Provider in response to the Guest’s verbal or written quotation request.
Reservation: Reservation is the written confirmation sent by the Service Provider of the Guest’s written reservation, which includes the subject, location, duration and price of the service, as well as the data required to finalize the reservation, about the payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
Booking finalization, validation: Payment of the 50% specified in the booking in order to secure the booking.
The Reservation is made after the payment of 50%, and thus is considered a written Contract, and also means the automatic acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and the Reservation and Cancellation Conditions.
Payment and cancellation conditions: Determination of the conditions for the payment of the service provided by Villa7 Guest House, the method and schedule of the reservation and payment, the cancellation of the reservation and the non-refundable amount in case of cancellation.
6. The service provider provides the service according to the following conditions
6.1. The Villa7 Guesthouse has 2 family apartments, 4 double rooms and a breakfast room. Maximum number of people: 16 people.
6.2. The contracting parties use the apartment/apartments or room/rooms at Alsóörs, Táncsics Mihály street 7., a guest house with a fenced garden, garden furniture and parking lot and its services as private accommodation, for vacation and relaxation purposes, at their own risk. The equipment and facilities in the house and in the garden are available to our Guests during their stay.
6.3. We do our best to ensure the safety of our guests, we draw their attention to possible sources of danger, however, we cannot assume responsibility for their personal belongings in the Villa7 Guest House or in the free parking lot, as well as for personal injuries resulting from improper use of the house and its surroundings, or for damages caused in the house. You are responsible for compensation for damages caused by you in the Villa7 Guest House to its equipment and surroundings.
6.4. In the event of a problem, we are available on the website and at the phone number and e-mail address provided in these GTC, so that we can help you during your stay, but we cannot accept complaints after departure.
7. Request for quotation, booking process7.1. In response to the Guest’s verbal or written request for an offer, the Service Provider sends a quote. The quotation may be modified by written mutual agreement. In the absence of a response to the quotation, the quote will be cancelled after a grace period of 3 days.
7.2. The reservation is made after payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost by the Guest in writing, with the written confirmation of the reservation submitted by the Service Provider, and thus qualifies as a written Contract and at the same time means automatic acceptance of the Booking and Cancellation Conditions and the GTC. The Guest accepts that the Service Provider will not refund the amount of the reservation paid in advance for the reservation cancelled within 30 days, when validating the reservation.
7.3. The verbal booking, agreement, modification, or verbal confirmation thereof by the Service Provider is not of contractual value.
7.4. The content of the Agreement covers the subject matter, location, duration, price of the service, as well as the Booking and Cancellation Conditions and the applicable GTC.
7.5. Amendments and additions to the Agreement require the written agreement of the parties. It is possible to transfer an already finalized and confirmed booking to another date or to change the number of people depending on availability.
7.6. The Service Provider guesthouse is free to change its advertised prices, unless it undertakes any obligation for a given period, without prior notice.
7.7. The prices include the value added tax (VAT) valid at the time of the offer, regulated by law rate, which is currently 5%. The Service Guesthouse shall pass on the additional burdens due to the amendment of the current Tax Act (VAT) to the Contracting Party, subject to prior notice.
7.8. In addition to the accommodation fee, the local tourist tax is extra paid on site on a Guest/night basis. The obligation to pay tourist tax applies to persons over the age of 18. Current discounts, promotions and other offers are published on the www.villa7.hu page.
7.9. The Guesthouse operator shall not be liable for the mediated services advertised on the website and other forums (active holidays) and for accidents and damages that occurred during these services. The Guest uses the advertised services at his/her own risk.
7.10. It is not possible to refund the services booked but not used or modified during the Guest’s stay at the accommodation (accommodation, intermediated services, etc.).
8. Modification or deletion of the Service8.1. Price offer: At the verbal or written request of the Guest, the Service Provider sends a quote. The quotation may be modified by written mutual agreement. In the absence of a response to the quote, the quote will be cancelled after a grace period of 3 days.
8.2.1. A guaranteed reservation is made by transferring the advance specified in the quotation within the deadline, which is also considered as acceptance of these GTC by the Customer and the conclusion of a contract. Villa7 Guesthouse will send a confirmation of the receipt of the deposit to the e-mail address specified in the request for quotation. The current price list of Villa7 Guesthouse can be found on the www.villa7.hu website, the prices of the current additional services are indicated in the annex to the quotation and the price list posted in the Guesthouse.
Additional services can be ordered either in advance or by appointment on site, the provision of services requested on site is subject to the availability of the service partner.
In addition to the accommodation fee, Villa7 Guesthouse charges a tourist tax in the amount of the current municipal decree.
8.2.2.If the 50% requested by the Service Provider to confirm the booking is not paid by an agreed deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. The verbal reservation, agreement, modification or verbal confirmation thereof by the Service Provider is not of contractual value. Modification or completion of the booking requires a written agreement by the parties.
8.2.3. It is possible to transfer an already finalized and confirmed booking to another date or to change the number of people depending on availability. Changes to the booking can only be made by email.
There is no fee reduction for actual check-in or earlier check-out later than ordered.
8.2.4. The Service Guesthouse is free to change its advertised prices without prior notice, unless it undertakes any obligation for a given period.
9. Conditions of use
9.1. The guest can use the accommodation by checking in from 14:00 to 18.00 on the day of use. Check-out on the last day of stay until 10:00 a.m. By prior agreement, the check-out date may be extended.
9.2. Upon arrival at the accommodation, the Guest is obliged to prove his/her identity prior to the occupation in accordance with the applicable legislation and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the accommodation and the posted House Rules of the accommodation. Upon arrival, the Guest is obliged to check in with the representative of Villa7 Guesthouse / the delegated host and present the identity documents of all Guests (from the age of 0) using the accommodation service, which documents are scanned into the VIZA (Closed Guest Information Database) system.
9.3. The Accommodation shall not be liable for any injuries caused by the fault of the Guest. The costs of impairment are borne by the accommodation to the guest.
9.4. If the guest wishes to occupy the accommodation before 9:00 a.m. on the day of arrival, 50% of the accommodation fee for the previous night will be charged.
9.5. Pets should NOT be brought to the accommodation for hygiene reasons and in view of the growing number of allergy sufferers. The guest is obliged to compensate the accommodation for injuries and damages caused by pets brought in without permission.
9.6. Upon occupation of the accommodation, the Guest may indicate to the representative of Villa7 Guesthouse present (otherwise within 1 hour after arrival at the phone number indicated in the quotation) any deficiencies in the accommodation compared to the inventory, which Villa7 Guesthouse will make up for if possible. Villa7 Guesthouse may enforce any deficiencies experienced on the day of leaving the accommodation against the Customer based on the same inventory in the form of compensation. Check-out can be made after check-out with the host, after the fees for the services used have been fully settled and the keys have been returned. A replacement fee will be charged for a lost key.
9.7. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
10. Refusal to use the accommodation, termination of the contract.
10.1. The Accommodation is entitled to terminate the contract and refuse to provide the service if the Guest 1. defaults on his payment obligation.
10.2. the guest uses the accommodation improperly
10.3. suffering from an infectious disease
10.4. under the influence of drugs
10.5. engages in unacceptable, immoral, violent, incompatible behavior in the house and its surroundings.
10.6. reasons beyond the control of the parties, so-called force majeure (war, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, lack of electricity, the occurrence of a strike), over which the party has no control
11. Rights of the Guest
11.1. The Guest is entitled to use the accommodation for its intended purpose within the scope of the service,
11.2. The Guest is entitled to use the equipment and facilities of the accommodation.
11.3. During the Guest’s stay, in case of a problem, the service provider can be reached by phone +360303003152 or in writing at the email@example.com address in order to solve the problem as soon as possible.
11.4. The Guest’s right to complain ceases after leaving the accommodation.
12. Obligations of the Guest
12.1. The Guest is obliged to pay the consideration for the services by the date and in the manner stipulated in the Agreement.
12.2. Ensure that children under the age of 18 under your supervision are only placed under adult supervision.
12.3. The Guest is obliged to compensate the service provider for any damage caused by him or her or by his or her caretaker or persons under his supervision.
13. Rights of the Service Provider
13.1. The Service Provider has the right to retain the amount of the 30 % accommodation costs received for the accommodation service ordered and finalized by the Guest, but not used by the Guest, as set out in these GTC and the Booking and Cancellation Conditions.
13.1.2. The Service Provider has the right to refuse or terminate the accommodation service in case of bookings under clauses 1-6 of 10.1.
14. Liability of the Service Provider
14.1. The Service Provider is obliged to investigate the complaint of the Guest during his stay and to take the necessary steps to deal with the problem.
14.2. The Service Provider is obliged to provide the Guest with his telephone contact details in order to settle any problems or questions that may have arisen during their stay.
14.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the electrical equipment imported by the Guest, the Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by them.
14.4. The Service Provider’s liability does not extend to damages caused by the guest themselves or to damages that have occurred unavoidably beyond the control of the guests.
14.5. The Service Provider shall not be liable for personal belongings, valuables or cash left in the public spaces or apartments/rooms of the Service Provider.
14.6. The Service Provider shall not be liable for valuables left in the Service Provider’s free, fenced parking lot.
14.7. The Service Provider guarantees that its facilities and their furnishings are suitable for their intended use and comply with the relevant legislation and official regulations.
14.8. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use.
14.9. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any utility shortages caused by an outsider and due to force majeure.
14.10. The Service Provider is entitled to temporarily restrict the use for the purpose of the necessary cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor pool and garden, against which the Customer cannot make a claim for compensation.
15. Terms of Payment and Cancellation
15.1. The reservation is valid by accepting the Booking and Cancellation Conditions and the GTC, after paying 50% of the total accommodation fee in advance and confirming it. If the requested amount is not received by the specified deadline, the Service Provider’s obligation to offer and provide services shall also cease.
15.2. Payment of 50 % can be made by bank transfer and online OTP, K&H, MKB with Szép Card. The remaining accommodation fee must be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by Szép Card upon receipt of the key.
15.3. The Customer may modify or cancel his booking 30 days before the arrival date for a change fee of HUF 5,000/occasion, depending on availability.
In case of cancellation within 30 days, Villa7 Guesthouse is entitled to the amount of the advance under the title of a cancellation penalty, the Customer cannot claim its repayment.
In case of cancellation or absence without cancellation on the day of arrival, the full accommodation fee is to be payed, and Villa7 Guesthouse is entitled to rent out the apartments and rooms of Villa7 Guesthouse to other guests from the day after the planned arrival. 15.4. Cancellations can only be made by e-mail.
16. Obligations and responsibilities of the Service Provider
16.1. The Service Provider continuously provides the Service to the Guest in return for the fulfillment of the Guest’s payment obligation.
16.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages that occur due to force, natural disaster (force majeure) or any other cause or event beyond the Service Provider’s control, for which the Service Provider cannot be held liable.
16.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the price. It shall not be liable for any errors on the website. The consideration includes the public charges corresponding to the service and the Value Added Tax (VAT), with the exception of the tourist tax payable per person and per night.
16.4. The Service Provider stores the data of the Customer Guest in order to perform the contract and subsequently prove the terms of the contract, however, it is not entitled to pass them on for advertising or other purposes – in the absence of the Guest’s express consent.
17. Rights and obligations of the Guest 17.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable in any form for the erroneous data provided during the provision of the Guest’s data and for any damages resulting therefrom for any erroneous performance resulting from the incorrect data.
17.2. It is the Guest’s obligation to pay for the service according to the payment method. The Guest may deviate from the chosen payment method only with the prior consent of the Service Provider. If the Guest is unable to pay the purchase price of the ordered service, the ordered service will be automatically deleted from the system.
18. Data protection
The Service Provider considers the protection of personal data to be important and takes all security, technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of the data, storing the guest data only until the day of check-out.
In the course of fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement, the Service Provider is obliged to enforce the current legislation on the protection of personal data and the publicity of data of public interest (Current: Act LXIII of 1992 and CXII of 2011). To act in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation on data protection of the Law on informational self-determination and freedom of information. The Guest acknowledges that the Service Provider is obliged to provide data to the requesting authority in accordance with the law on the basis of a statutory mandate.
The Service Provider publishes its data protection principles in a separate Privacy Statement on its website.
19. Other provisions
Matters not regulated by the general terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant legislation in force.
The Guest declares that he/she fully acknowledges the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, considers them binding on himself/herself, and informs the guests arriving with the Guest about them as well. In the event of failure to do so, neither the Guest nor the accompanying party arriving with the other Guests may claim not to know the terms and conditions of the GTC.
Villa7 Guesthouse handles the data in its possession in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information (Privacy Act) of the National Data Protection and Information Authority of Information.
