Introduction

Villa 7 is located on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in Alsóörs, 120 km from Budapest, at the gateway to the Balaton Highlands.

Alsóörs is located along main road 71, easily accessible from both the M7 highway and main road 8. The settlement can be reached by train, bus, bicycle, and water.

In our guest house, completed in 2021, which is located 100 meters from the Alsóörs beach, there are 2 apartments and 4 superior rooms.

All residential units are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a terrace, a modern bathroom, a flat-screen satellite TV, a refrigerator and modern surface cooling.

The apartments also have a fully equipped American kitchen and dining room.

In a landscaped environment, we make the relaxation of our guests pleasant with an outdoor pool and the accompanying sun terrace!

The building of Villa 7 has free private parking.

The coast of Lake Balaton, the yacht harbor and the beach are only 100 meters away,

which also provides numerous sports and recreation opportunities for our active guests (aerobics, beach soccer, beach volleyball, basketball, slide).

If required, we can organize sailing.

Those who want to rest and relax,

are welcome by the cozy parks, huge beach, and cruise ships departing from the port of Alsóörs.

There are riding stables, viewpoints, and hiking trails nearby. The Balaton cycle path runs near Villa 7.
Balatonfüred, Balatonalmádi and Tihany offer numerous programs for vacationers, which can be reached by car in almost minutes.
